New PhD Student rejoining on January 06
Suyang Song is no stranger to the team, he worked as TA (teaching assistant) in the last winter semester and got his Master’s degree from our department in October 2024.
His thesis under the supervision of Taekwang Jang was about “Analysis, Design and Measurement of Resonant Gate-Drive DC-DC Converter”.
Suyang did his Bachelor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. He has research experience in Electromagnetically Coupled LC Oscillators (EMLC) and Resonant Gate Drivers, which already lead to two publications with Taekwang and Alessandro Novello.
